A one-page presentation website. Not an e-shop, not a multi-page site.

Unlimited changes

As many content changes as you need, inside the subscription, within 2 working days. One at a time, with up to two rounds of corrections.

What counts as a change

New phone number: yes. Three photos swapped: yes. A second page: it does not exist, Sensis One is one-page. A redesign from scratch: no, that is a new project.

Paused, not deleted

If you stop paying, the page goes offline but it stays. You switch it back on whenever you want.

The domain is yours

Registered in your name from day one. If you leave, we hand it over free of charge.

One invoice a year

No card on file and no automatic charge you will have forgotten about.

Buy it outright instead

You can buy it once for 1,290€ with your files. From then on it is a regular website: domain, hosting, maintenance and changes go to whoever you choose, or to Sensis Media as regular work.

Will the website look cheap?

Does this page look cheap to you? That is exactly what you are buying: the same work you see here, designed from scratch for your own business. Same team, same technology, same speed. It is small, not sloppy: the price is low because the process is standardised, not because the work is any less.

Will people find me on Google?

Yes, by your name. Anyone who hears about you and looks you up will find a professional page instead of nothing. To appear in generic searches like «plumber Thessaloniki», the biggest factor is your Google profile, with the right category, service areas and reviews. We handle the setup: add Google Business Profile (+79€ one-off) to your subscription. The reviews are your own job, and nothing is charged quietly.

Will my page look like everyone else’s?

No. What is shared is the code underneath, the part your customer never sees. The design starts from scratch every time: colours, typefaces, photography, structure, tone. Open the samples and see how different they are.

Why does it cost so little?

Because the code underneath is the same for every page (the design never is), we pay no plugin licences and we run no office full of salespeople. The same team that builds our large projects, working inside a strictly defined frame.

What does unlimited changes mean?

You email us, we do it within 2 working days, at no charge. New phone number: yes. New opening hours: yes. Three photos swapped: yes. One change open at a time: you send one email with final texts and photos, we complete it with up to two rounds of corrections, and you move on to the next. If you pass 24 changes within a year we cut nothing off: we call you about a plan that fits you better.

What happens if I stop paying?

The page goes offline but it is not deleted. Whenever you want to start again, it comes back as it was. The domain is registered in your name anyway and follows you wherever you go.

How quickly will I be online?

Up to 10 working days from the moment we have your material. With Express delivery, 72 hours.

Can I make changes myself?

You do not need to, and that is the point of Sensis One: you deal with nothing. You email us the change and it is online within 2 working days, inside the subscription.

Can I buy it outright?

Yes, for 1,290 euro, with your files. From then on it is a regular website: domain, hosting, maintenance and changes are your own job, or Sensis Media takes them on as regular work. The first three years on the subscription cost 1,188 euro with everything inside, so in most cases the subscription works out cheaper.

Can I move up to a bigger website or an e-shop later?

Yes. If you go ahead with a full website or e-shop at Sensis Media within the first 12 months, the €490 base subscription is credited toward the cost of the new project. You lose nothing by starting small.

Does the second language have an annual cost?

No. The 99 euro is one-off: the second language is built once and maintained inside the same subscription, with no second annual charge.
